Policies

We make the best attempt possible to process and ship all online product orders within 2-3 business days.  Items will ship via USPS First class mail and typically arrive within 5-7 business days of the shipping date.  If you have a special shipping request or instructions, contact us prior to placing your order.

Please reach out to us if you would like to request a product return or report a damaged item.  We will work with you to make sure you are 100% satisfied!  Return items must have original tags and product packaging and be in resalable condition.  Proof of purchase or identification is required for any and all product returns.  Customer is responsible for return shipping costs including proper packaging unless a vendor error was made or an item arrived damaged by the shipping company.
